My spec sheets and price books are outdated, am I still ready to start a project with you?

Yes, we can get you setup on the configurator for quick time to value while you sort out your price book. You'll be able to make quick edits to the configurator as you update your spec sheets.

How do integrations work?

Each integration is a separate project. We first gather requirements and scope out the extent of the integration. Then we provide you with a project proposal along with an estimated number of hours.

Who created this software?

We are former operators coming from the manufacturing-side where we experienced the pain of daily operations first hand. We spent 6 years iterating on catalog, pricing, analytics and quoting automation software that became so good that our sales reps and distributors "wished all their manufaturers had it" and that's when we decided to share our knowledge with the rest of the industy.

How many product options can I have on my configurator?

You can have as many product options as you need along with as many rules and interactions as necessary. The more complex the ordering guide, the more time you will save with our configurators.

How many product pages can I use the configurator on?

Once you've created a configurator, you can re-use it on as many product pages as you need. For example, you can use it on your homepage, a landing page, and the product page.

After the specifier completes a configuration does it notify a salesperson or someone on my team?

The specifier must choose to request for a quote as one of the action items. If she does not choose this, you will not be notified, however you will have visibility into what specifiers are choosing to get a sense of market trends and preferences.

Do we have to embed the configurator on our site or are there other methods?

We provide you with an <iframe> snippet that has flexible use cases. You can embed it directly onto a product page, add it as a popup in a button, or open it in a new tab in a button. These are some of the use cases we've seen.

When do you deploy new updates?

We deploy all updates and new features over the weekend so it does not disrupt your regular business hours. We ship every week and we notify you with a product update newsletter.
